sensory

I'm always trying to find new activities to do with the kids to keep them busy. My favorite thing to do when working at a daycare center was a sensory table they had. So i went to walmart and bought an under the bed box. Then went to the dollar store and bought some kitchen items to play with. Tada I made my own sensory box. When we first made it we made colored noodles put them in with a variety of beans. They really enjoyed that. Today we dumped all of the noodles and beans and put water in it with some dish soap to make bubbles. I also put food coloring in it to make the water purple. It was GREAT fun! Then i get an easy mop of the floor afterwards too.

How clever are you... What a good idea not only kids would like that I think I would have fun with that too.

Can I come over? I installed Isaac's convertible seat today. Hopefully, my back will be on the mend now.
